Trailer and cars are totally different. When tires on trailers blow up, you loose stuff. When tires on cars blow up you loose people. Also, largest manufacture doesn't mean quality.
I will take traction, stability, and reliability over sound and efficiency.

C'mon Tesla has been exporting Chinese built cars for several years and tires are not an issue.

I put those on at 25k miles, and they are still going strong at 77k miles! They aren't as quiet as I'd hoped, but they are cheap and long lasting.

Do you really think comparing Tesla cars made in China (Owned by Tesla, not China or Chinese government) with Chinese company that is controlled by Chinese government and lacking regulation, oversight, QC/QA etc. is reasonable comparison??

Tesla doesn't make the tires fitted to their Chinese made EVs, which are exported to the EU, Canada, Australia etc. All tires sold into the USA have to meet US regulations, ditto for the EU market and the rest. Most of the mainstream tire companies that we take for granted have Chinese based manufacturing facilities.
