LTE/Premium connectivity issues in GTA region

Has anyone else experienced connectivity issues in the GTA region? I submitted a service request and they said it's an issue with their provider and they have no ETA for resolution. It's been at least 2 if not 3 days now where I cannot connect to my car when on LTE or stream music.

Yup. we left for Petawawa yesterday and service was just terrible.

Did you submit a service request through the app? I did the same but they didn’t respond to me about the service provider issue.

I was down all day, which reminded me of the Rogers outage. I remember that they gave me rebate for the days I was down.

I’m new to Tesla and I’m wondering if they’ll do the same since I’m paying a monthly subscription.

Since your paying the subscription directly with Tesla I’d doubt they’d give you compensation. As Tesla would have to claim it from them directly and then pass it on to you.
