I assume this is another case of a scheduled sale. But not sure how to check that. Can anyone confirm, or offer insight into this sale?

It does not appear to have been scheduled, but it is a small percentage of his holdings. He holds 152,324 shares and he just sold 5,000. They were NQSOs that he converted to cash.

If it makes you feel better, one of the directors (Steve Jurvetson) took 6,890 NQSOs and simply added them to his holdings of 48,920 shares (into his family trust).
