@lhtadbc first off, you cannot pull low voltage network cable in the same conduit as high voltage wiring.
Second, that small panel in your garage is probably 120v. There would be no reason for them to pull 240 to only put in a single breaker. There is also no space for a 240a breaker in that panel.
