Information about Tesla ToolBox

Hello everyone. I have Tesla Model S 2014. My vehicle didnt recieve any updates from 2017( car situaded in Ukraine and did not have an internet). I wrote to Tesla Service, they cant update car remotely/ I read information about toolbox. So if i buy subscribe toolbox, can i update myself? or someone have manual how to work with this app.
