    I'm not sure that's true. My Model Y is parked in an apartment garage and is on a wifi network provided by the complex. I have my own wifi in my apartment 4 floors up. There is no way my Tesla app will connect to the Model Y over wifi. Maybe if we were on the same wifi network it would work...

    I bought a 2021 Model Y in Slovenia for use in Albania but I don't get cellular connectivity. Albania does not have a Tesla office. Best I can tell the sim (or eSim) si configured for the EU using a Slovenia telcom, and thus would be good throughout the EU, but apparently not Albania, a non EU...

    I ordered a Model Y from Greece, and like you have received no response, nor can I get anyone to answer the phone - just a recording saying they are closed. What gives?
