So I made a boo boo as I turned up the Manhattan Center parking lot in Kwai Chung (black listed as well since I had it on standard ride height on the air suspension and it still scraped my rear bumper chrome trim piece as well). Finally got time to go back to the installer (Roy, phone/whatsapp 5635 8897) who offered to redo the bumper films for me free of charge (nice guy, I highly recommend him).
The scratches looked deep, this is after I tried "buffing it out" (you can see the film actually shifted from the force of the impact on the right hand side near the wheel well where the film bunched/wrinkled up)
After the film was pulled back, not a scratch underneath!
My side doors also have scratches from people opening their doors like a selfish moron but they buffed out; if the film wasn't applied there'd definitely be scratches or dents.
