Every time I come home, I wonder why “Terry”, our name for the Model S, doesn’t say “Let me park it by the charger for you sir!”
Quite frequently part through parking in a particularly narrow shopping car park it interrupts me while I am in the middle of the process. I invariably say no, as it invariably parks mid distance from the two adjacent cars, despite the poor parking position of one of the cars.
What I really want Terry to do is spot I am home and reverse into my drive and park next to the charger, for this I do every time I drive home! Which surprisingly I do often...
So whoever is prioritising future features, please put Auto Home Parking at the top of the list, it is likely that Auto Work Parking would be next on the list.
