If you are parked in a location where you can use WiFi then wouldn't the native Tesla Spotify application support streaming over the Tesla's WiFi connection?

Unfortunately Spotify doesn’t work in the car if you only have a Spotify free account; you have to have Spotify Premium.

Does the "traffic visualization" work when you press the screen and press the Traffic Light icon?
I think I read that some newer cars are having an issue, but if you reboot the car (press and hold both steering wheel buttons down until the screen goes black, then wait for it to restart). Which enabled Premium Connectivity. Give it a try.

I didn't have to do anything, as far as I remember. The one year free premium subscription was present from day one when I bought my 2021 MY in late January.
I recall that back in June 2020 I signed up for the Premium Connectivity on the Tesla site and provided my credit card (CC) information. For the first year the Premium Connectivity is free. Shortly after that I was able to use the LTE audio streaming, the navigation system satellite imagery and the real-time traffic updates. I have not seen any charges for the Premium Connectivity, I expect these charges will start to show up on my CC in June 2021.
