How to select media sources that were unselected during setup

I would first try rebooting the car by holding both buttons on the steering wheel down until the screen goes blank.

Once you de select a source, rebooting the car wont make it come back. You have to re enable it. Should be clicking the equalizer looking icon and selecting sources, but I am not in my car right now to see if I am forgetting a step.
 
OMG!! Just found how to do it…..You have to got to Audio Settings -> Sources!!

The post I pointed you to in post #2 has a screenshot of the manual that says where this is. Im not sure if you went to the thread and post I mentioned you could find the answer or not, but for completeness sake here is the picture and link that was referenced:
