How to make the radio STOP playing songs or news over from the start every time?

When Tesla introduced the ability for a song or news or stand up comedy bit to be played over again from the start if the car is parked and left then you return, I thought it was good. But there are times I don't want it to happen. When I'm making short trips, I might hear the same thing 3-4 times in a row. Yes, I could use the left scroll button to advance past it, but I'd rather have it just not repeat.

How can I go into the settings and shut off this auto-playover function, if it can even be done? Tesla's UI isn't as good as it could be, as it would be if they'd hire me as an outside consultant to tell them how to make it better.

That's the "scrub" feature that was removed as of a few updates (months) ago

It's not removed, my Model 3 still has it and I've had recent updates. It's on 2023.32.9 now.

So using the Streaming source you are able to scrub songs, ie. jump ahead or move back in the song via tapping the process bar?

If so, they must have added it back in 32.9
I'm on 32.7
