I logged a service request on Sunday 4th June as my steering/suspension has started squeaking badly (again!!) It's still at the "preparation" stage in the App with no other response. I have even updated the notes to offer an audio file of issue and then a subsequent "hello, anybody there" message . How long should I leave it before escalating to Tesla Service direct?
