Wrong red.And there's always this.
I’m interested in a bulk purchase of 100+ of the “Tesla Model S” “HW Workshop” (217/250) toy.
How do I go about creating such an order?
We regret to inform you that we do not sell individual cars on Mattelshop.com. Please check with your local retail store that sells Hot Wheels products to place a special order.
I found this link to order them: http://is.gd/hotwheels_TeslaModelS
Just watch out you are buying the scale you really want, I couldn't find it documented but I'm sure it's in the fine print.
Except you can't find them anywhere.
The Hot Wheels and Matchbox "dealers" (aka Walmart, Toys R Us) offer a horrible experience compared to the direct-from-manufacturer purchase model used by Tesla Motors.
It's trivial for me to order 10 actual vehicles directly from Tesla. It's been frankly impossible to just find a single Hot Wheels or Matchbox variant at every Walmart within 100 miles of me (and some Toys R Us, Fred Meyer, Target ...).

Try thisI'm looking for a red one to match my car but all I'm seeing is silver. Can you post a link?
Thanks. eBay was the only place I could find one. Ordered two.
Same here - but that's by design. They're the same company now, Matchbox focuses on accuracy while Hot Wheels is about custom unique takes on a vehicle.About time! I'll get a few of the Matchbox one. The Hot Wheels car is shiny but not accurate enough for my tastes. Hopefully soon.
That is a seriously cool amount of detail on the inside of the car. Is that rear facing jump seats?Just took delivery of my second Tesla today!!!
