Help: Charge Port Latch Not Engaged error

Hey team
One month old late 19 build Model S Performance with around 900 miles on the clock.
Supercharged ONCE. After that has been bringing up 'Charge Port Latch Not Engaged' error and charging off a Destination Charger verrrrrry slowly at around 2kw. Will not Supercharge anymore either.
Booked with TESLA Service but its a 2 weeks wait. Anyone seen this before?

Checked that with a scope - its perfect.
You can hear the latch still click into place.

So it is locking the plug ? But computer says NO? U have software problem. They told me port was bad, it wasn't, it was software in the control box. They reloaded and it worked. Idiots still charged me 600 for new port. I took old one home. It did take them overnight to figure it out. They gave me loaner after 4 hours.
