Getting in touch with Tesla service at some locations is horrible

Is this feature back? The option to receive a call back instead of waiting on hold was there earlier in the year, then it disappeared over the summer at some point. A few months ago I was waiting on hold for almost an hour, drove through an area of poor reception, and dropped the call along with my place in line (with an estimated hold time of less than 5 minutes left). I remember cursing that so much and wishing the call back option was still there.

It was there this past Saturday. It wasn't immediately there. It showed up after it warned me that wait time was at least 20mins. After about another minute, in the midst of the hold music, a voice said press whatever to leave a callback number. It was a minor miracle that I was even listening at that point, but indeed it worked out great.

We’ve heard this “game over” mantra for Tesla ad nauseum. It’s getting very boring.

And it will continue to sound ridiculous/boring right up to the moment when it happens.
The idea that they're immune to failure is a dangerous one.

The "game" is far from "being over." InsideEV reports 18650 were sold in November ....a remarkable achievement.

There can be little doubt, however, that the sales were bolstered by the reduction in the Fed rebate come January.
The January sales figure will be very interesting.

e.g. Performance model drops in price by $7499. And then another huge thread will fire up and never stop.

you want horrible, tried twice to schedule rover service.. never got callback , finally got a link to schedule on a calendar.. they had one day avail in dec. the 21st. one day.. ya right..
