I just noticed today that my Model X (2019) front and passenger door seals along the inside of the door is loose and or hanging. You can see it more clearly when the door is fully opened. Is this normal? Thanks in advance.
Not normal. My 2018 had this happen on the drivers side. I setup a service appointment and attached my picture of the seal hanging and they replaced it. So far so good.

I received my 2023 Model X in January. Here it is, the 2nd week in December, and I find the same hanging front door forward seal.
The passenger seal seems solidly glued in place. After reading this thread,
Hi, I just noticed this on my out of warranty Model X on both front doors. Are they suppose to align with the door edge and if they come off, only option is to replace to entire seal?
Does anyone have a pic of how it suppose to look and also anyone had it done recently in Canada and have the out of pocket cost?
This happened on my 3 months old MX last summer. The ranger said that it was the sun drying out the glue. To replace the seal he'd have to take off the doors and he recommended against it. Not sure if he was just being lazy but he says there is a chance to mess up the door alignment. So I bought some "3M Super Weatherstrip and Gasket Adhesive" and glued them back myself. No problems since then. I'll see if they will last through the summer this year.
Had this repaired three times under warranty. Once on the driver side and twice on the passenger side. Let’s hope this last repair sticks (pun intended).
I have a 2019 MX and just noticed this today. A couple of questions were asked before, does anyone have a pic of what it's supposed to look like glues back also what was the cost of repair for those out of warranty?
This is a known issue. Believe original glue was not sufficient.
They, most likely, will fix yours under good will/warranty.
You can do it yourself, but it is a bit of a pain to get everything lined up in that little space.
Had same issue on one side but not as bad - just lower part. Glued it myself using clear silicone as I can’t deal with service- have had numerous other issues they’ve made worse
