Plaid is traction limited? Why does the plaid have such a slow start compared to P85D P90D etc? Look up the power curve from the launch event.. And often people get the rear to spinn because the front don't follow etc. Worst AWD ever.

The Bluetooth delay is just perfectly delayed with the hdmi autopilot mcu delay. I can try to film a "action" / sync a day.

I don't have any delay. (I know Bluetooth have a delay. But so dose the hdmi adapter - autopilot - mcu - screen. Old autopilot 1 cars may have this problem because the camera have less delay on the screen? IL see if I find a video.

I just soldered wires from the S3xy buttons directly to the Tesla controller board. (Indicator side). On the gear selector side. I used two microswitches. I can take better pictures today. It's a fast and easy job.

You can't get anything. Tesla won't give you anything else expect some safety updates etc later. Buy a HDMI input kit and a 360 parking kit. That's a nice upgrade.

I can't explain why the suspension sucks. But I agree with you. I always switching between soft and sport. But what I find annoying is the top mount. It's so soft so you get suspension rattling in many situations..
