Hii, the left side my front bumper is damaged with no fault of mine. This incident happened when I stopped at STOP sign and opposite driver taking turn. He hit the car and ran away before me taking any photos. The car is 2 days old and I haven’t turned on sentry/ dash cam to have the license picture. I have got an estimate of around 5k. I have Tesla premium insurance. Will it go up if I take up claim even though it’s not my fault? Can someone help me with this
