Found an odd dent in passenger trim. However, missed it during 7 day/100 miles and now Tesla won't cover it.

Am I SOL? I posted a service request and was told that since I am out of the 7 days I would have to pay. I picked it up during night time so I couldn't see crap. Then I ended up going out of state for a month. Pic is of dent. There's also a scuff. It is definitely not my fault because no one has been in the back.

What would my best options be? I live near Fremont if it helps. It sucks having my brand new car have something like this. When I had cosmetic issues with other cars before (even cheaper) it would be fixed no problem months down the line.
