On the highway I ran into a tumbleweed on a windy day and cause a small hole/chip in ny front bumper. Is there a easy way to fix this or would I need to take it to a body shop?
I don't need it perfect just want it to not be noticeable unless you look directly at it. I've read that you can also just buy a new front bumper but not sure if that is a feasible route to take

Yes, you can buy a new pre-painted front bumper. I don't recall the cost, Tesla service center should be able to tell you.
Otherwise, I believe your options are to go to a body shop and have if sanded, smoothed, and repainted. Or you could try a detail shop and see how good they can do with touch up paint. Some of them are pretty good. Me, on the other hand, I do a terrible job with touch up paint.
