Fan running constantly in jack/tow mode? 2022 model S plaid.

Car is up on a hoist, in jack mode, and towing mode, and there is a fan running constantly from in front of the passenger front wheel well. Climate control is off. Anyone know what this is? Photo of where the fan is attached. Noise is coming from that grill area which seems to be an intake.

Could you check if there is really a fan or an air duct behind this panel?

This look more the location of the 'W.A.S.P' (Warning Alert System for Pedestrians).

Hmm, if I put my hand in front of it I could feel air being sucked in and it definitely changed pitch when I put my hand in front of it.
