Need more info, what changed? Were you only charged for a partial year last year and now for a full year? A $1950 tax bill would equate to around a $70k assessment of the worth of your model 3.

Yes, only charged for partial year last year and now full. It's $1873 + reg fee to be exact (saw the ~$1900 + ~$500 and just started typing)
