Hi,
My brother has recently exported his new Model 3 abroad (from UK) to a non supported region in SE Asia. It was an expensive and stressful experience but he's finally done it and he says it was worthwhile.
Due to being in a grey import region he doesn't automatically receive updates and certain features.
He inquired to Tesla in the UK and they sent him a Waiver of Liability for Firmware update form.
The question is, does signing this form invalidate his general warranty??
Does anyone have any experience of this? There is very little online. If anything.
Appreciate any advice.
