Here’s something for all the 3 owners deciding on tint shades…

I’ve met a few of you who want to go lighter on the back window than on the sides, so here’s a 3 that we did with Photosync 45% on the back window and sunroof and 30% on the sides. See what you think, especially for the visibility inside looking out.

White Model X owners thinking about chrome deleting--check this out:

Here’s a white one going for a Stormtrooper color theme with the satin black black out. Mainly everything was vinyl wrapped except the badges which were painted (painting on badges is the way to go). It’s always interesting to see how a change in the small trims of a car can completely affect the entire look.

We also tinted it with 33% on the front windows, 20% in the back windows in Ceraluxe, and Photosync 70% on the front windshield. Gives you an idea what to expect in terms of darkness, especially for the back. Notice how even though the back is already dark from factory, with the 20%, it's still pretty clear inside looking out.

Model X owners looking to keep as much heat out as possible, especially from the front windshield, check this out…

This black X is completely tinted on all windows including the front windshield. You don’t have to go extremely dark as you can see in the clip to get high heat rejection.

Tesla Model S owners looking to keep their cars cleaner and easier, check this out...

We just finished up this S with a full car clearbra/ppf, Photosync window tint, and a ceramic coating. The clearbra protects the paint from scratches and rock chips so you preserve it, while the ceramic coating makes washing and staying clean, a lot easier. Water slides off of it like nothing, and you'll always get that "just waxed" shine after every wash, despite not waxing it.

Check out the water beading test on the paint at the end:

Model Y owners looking for tint ideas, check out this setup.

The back windows come darker than the front from factory, however that’s mainly for aesthetics/privacy than for heat rejection. We tinted all the back and side windows in Photosync 30%, and the top big sunroof in 70%. Great setup to still maximize light coming in the top for those beautiful days, but dramatically cut down the unwanted heat.

Brand new Y owners should look into these products immediately.
There's several popular products/services that most Tesla owners agree you should do when you first get your car, so here's a quick vid that showcases those items:
  1. tint - car can get hot fast with how many big windows there are, so this will definitely affect your driving experience and even battery range
  2. clearbra/ppf - keeps the brand new paint looking as good as possible for many years
  3. ceramic coating - keeps the paint glossy without waxing and makes cleaning so much easier
Here's a Y we finished with all 3 of those popular products in case you want to see.

Model Y owners what do you think of this color?

Here's a Y we tinted with Ceraluxe on all the sides and back and the front windshield. Good alternative to Photosync while still providing immense heat rejection.

We turned this Y into a matte slate blue—really clean and subtle! It’s more blue than the factory blue from Tesla but still has purple hues in it when it’s shady. Beautiful color and definitely a solid choice for anyone wanting something a little sportier but not too over the top. We also wrapped the center console in matrix black.

We also tinted a Model 3 in Photosync 75 all around in case anyone wants to see how a super clear tint looks on a 3. Great option for those wanting maximum heat rejection without the tint look.

Quick tip for those looking to get a chrome delete: set the right expectations in the beginning.

Different installers have different methods of chrome deleting your Tesla. Some prefer removing everything, some prefer some removal, and some prefer none at all. Pros and cons to each, but make sure you find the installer that is comfortable with doing it at your requested level. Otherwise, the results may not live up to your expectations.

Here's a 3 we finished up wrapping the crhome in satin black--our most popular color choice. We also tinted all the windows in Photosync for maximum interior comfort.

If you want tint to block heat, but don’t want to sacrifice on visibility, check this out.

Here’s a 3 we tinted in Photosync 70% on all the windows. As you can see, it’s extremely clear. This is perfect for those looking to maximize heat rejection without the “tint look”. The best part? This 70% film blocks more heat than even some 5% (limo/pitch black) films out there.

A little bonus clip at the end—we wrapped the center console in brushed black for a more sophisticated interior vibe.

A couple Tesla projects got finished up at the shop in this new vlog. Brand new Y gets the whole car clearbra’d, tinted, and center console wrapped. Protecting the car right when you get it, is a great way to start a fulfilling new ownership experience. Tint in here is a mixture of Photosync and Ceraluxe. Photosync 70 on front windshield/sunroof and Ceraluxe 33 on the sides/back. A great setup for some strong heat rejection especially for Houston.

A 3 comes in for a chrome delete and a power trunk upgrade. I wish Tesla would have made this standard or at least given us an option from factory. So convenient being able to a trunk that’ll open/close at the press of a button (or with a wave of a foot!). Best part is that it works with the button on your touchscreen! How cool is that?

With more and more Model Y's coming through getting tint done, I want to show the most popular tint shade setup for Y's we've done, so you can get a visual idea what to expect in terms of darkness.

Photosync 30% on the sides, back, sunroof (yes that big top single piece of glass!) and 70% on the front windshield. Look into this setup if you absolutely want to experience the most comfortable interior you possibly can with the Y and/or need thorough skin protection from the sun's rays.

The secret to keep that Model Y paint looking clean and glossy all the time. Check out this clip.

Brand new Y came in and we installed some of the most popular services/products Y’s ask for.

Clearbra/PPF - great way to protect your new paint from physical damages like rock chips, scratches and scuffs. Protect a panel, the whole front, or the entire car is entirely up to you and is completely customizable.

High heat blocking tint - this is not your basic $99 tint, but something that’ll actually keep your interior comfortable, lower your battery usage, protect your seats, and maximize range.

Center console vinyl wrap - fun, little way to make your interior a little more unique while keeping fingerprints off the gloss black panels.

Stay tuned until the end to see how this clearbra can CUT DOWN your Model Y cleaning time.

We had the privilege of taking delivery of a brand new 2021 Model S for a client and modifying it before they even saw the car for the first time! Satin black chrome deleted the entire vehicle, tinted it as well, and installed these custom made forged Vossen wheels.

Tint is Ceraluxe 33 on the sides and back. Perfect shade % for Texas due to legal limit.

A quick how-to guide to helping you filter out and navigate through all the tint brands/options you'll find yourself facing when looking to get tint done on your car. We talk about the main categories of tint (dye, ceramic, metallic, and IRD) and what benefits each one offers, so you can decide if it's right for you.

We also talk about key specs to look for so you can effectively compare two different films and narrow down which one will perform better for your needs.

Tinting can get really scientific, but the points brought up in this video should be more than enough to help you go to your local tint shop, check out their selection, and quickly rule out what you don't want and be happy with your choice.
