To add insult to injury, while dramatically slowing supercharging rate down they have not corrected the charging time required. Today, for instance, I was told charge time would be 35mins (which as it used to be was probably correct.) the actual charge time was 55mins.
So, why cant they be honest and give us the bad news when we plug in?
I used to be a mad fan boy for Tesla, but not anymore. This kind of stuff really alienates me. I was on the waiting list for my car for a full 4 YEARS!. I was deliriously excited when I took delivery at the Tesla launch event in Australia at the Star casino. Now, they cant even replace the broken coffee machine at St Leonards which they lease!! How hard would it be to phone Nespresso and ask for it to be fixed/changed? Has cost cutting really gone that far? Also no access to the lounge over the weekends, so you cant use the toilet while waiting for the hour it takes to charge up now!!!
SHAME ON YOU, TESLA!!!
