Driver door glass

Had the Model S for about a month now and just getting to figure out what is normal and what is not.

Today I noticed that when I close my drivers side door, the glass is not flush with the weatherstripping. Basically if I run my finger from the weather stripping to the glass there is a bump. All of the other doors the glass is flush. Is this normal?

Looks like someone raised the glass with the door open. The glass closes into a channel in the upper door frame once closed, and opens slightly when the door handle is pulled. Try putting the window down, close the door, and then raise the window closed.
