As brianman can attest to, I make visits to Metropolitan Detail FAR more often than once a quarter

"generously regular"...I'm pretty sure that's a euphemism for "overzealous"
Metropolitan Detail is great, especially if you want something more than a car wash. I have had a full detail and also the basic wash their multiple times, and it's great.
However, I also have used Mr. Detail in Seattle for just a basic wash, and I think they do a good job too.
