Interesting, they only asked me my company name address and phone number instead of proof of income. Also, looks like they only do wire transfer instead of overnight ship cashier check for me to bring on delivery day. A bit inconvenience if I deny delivery.

Just curious how did you order this yoke from parts? There's only S/X Steering Wheel Retrofit available to purchase online.

Nervous because the free Supercharging transfer expires 12/31. If the delivery doesn't come before 1/1/24, I'll cancel.

I think it’s just a matter of time until they have this on the parts store. I can only imagine this kit will run higher than the full steering wheel. I know someone at parts and he was able to get this for me.

To qualify for transferring the free unlimited supercharging, I must take delivery by the end of this year. However, based on all the posts I've read so far, it seems unlikely that I can receive it before December 31, 2023.

What are your thoughts? Do you believe Tesla would promote something that is unattainable for their customers? Do you think they might collaborate with customers to extend the deadline or find a way to still allow us to transfer the benefit of free unlimited supercharging?

They can't possibly be making this effort solely to have people buy from their existing inventory. It's a matter of comparing the number of orders (because of this offer) to the amount of available inventory.
