Confused - PUP and Source Code

Two things I see posted is ordering the PUP and finding information with the “source code”.

Can someone explain Where to order PUP in the order process as I don’t see anything.

Also, where is the mysterious “source code” and how do you delve into it?

PUP is a 'Performance Upgrade' checkbox on the order page. Thats the one that gives you lower suspension, etc ...
Performance gives you faster acceleration, for 8K, and PUP gives you additional stuff at no additional cost.
'Source' is viewing the order page using browser's View Source option. Its possible for a VIN to be allocated already but not yet made visible. It may be visible in the source of order page. You search for string '5JY' in that source file, as every Tesla VIN starts with those 3 chars.

Go to Manage your reservation, click Overview, and then right click and select the “view page source” option. If you use the CTRL F (find) you can search for your VIN which always starts with “5 YJ”

Well color me impressed. Mostly by the fact that I am so unaware of so much that's out there.
Who and how was that ever discovered. Seems loaded with information.
Are there any other things that might be interesting/valuable or worth knowing?
My VIN was right there for me to view. So thanks for the assistance and knowledge.

Every web page you view has source code behind it. Just remember everything we look at on a computer at some point is just a bunch of 0's and 1's lined up in a specific way.

I was hoping to maybe track the movement of my MY from the factory to the dealership to me but didn’t see anything like that in the source code.
