Choices for summer/winter wheels+tires for performance M3

Getting my M3 performance (with 20" wheels & summer tires) next week and need to put winter tires. I do like the idea of optimizing performance and ride quality with aftermarket wheels and proper tires (did it on my previous car) but also am trying to minimize time and trouble. Facing the choices below. Not for going to track, just for spirited driving.
I asked if it was possible to order Performance Model 3 with smaller rims and was told no. I wish I could.
What did folks in the similar situation decide? I saw someone is selling Tesla's standard 20" rims + summers. Is it easy to sell?

(A) Put winter tires on the stock rims and then buy lighter aftermarket rims to put the summers on.
+ Easy
+ Lightweight setup for summers
- rougher ride on 20" (+ greater chance of damage after hitting a pothole)
- more expensive tires compared to 18" and 19", both winter and summer.

(B) Buy 18" or 19" aftermarket rims and winter tires for them. Keep the factory rims with the summers.
+ Easy too
+ Softer ride in winter
- No lightweight rims for summers.

(C) Sell the factory rims+tires and buy aftermarket 18" for winters and 19" for summers.
+ Lightweight winter and summer setup + softer ride.
- Not as sexy looking with smaller rims (not that I care much)
- Headache selling the tires.
