Same problem here. Not to many phones, but cards nor fob can be removed. 'Tap card' confirmation screen won't go and the system hasn't detected the card. I have an appointment with the nearest SC (in 2 weeks, ugh!) SW version 2019.20.2.1
Oh, and the 'tap card' screen will eventually give up and go away. I don't know how long it takes, but the next morning the car/screen was back to normal.
