Can’t add phone key

Hello, after the last FSD beta update I could not use my phone as a key anymore. So I went in the touch screen in my car and deleted my phone key to re add it later( I thought that would fix the problem). Now when I try to add a phone key the screen says to select my vehicle from the tesla app. My vehicle is still on the Tesla app and there doesn’t seem to be an option to re add my phone key, I thought about removing my vehicle from the app but I’m hesitant to do so, any ideas??? FWIW, my recollection is to initiate re-adding the phone-as-key from the car's screen.
