Body Shop Appointment

Just wanted to see if anyone had any similar experience as what I’m going through now.
I dropped my car off for service two weeks ago and it isn’t due to be ready for pick up for another month. (Body shop) I dropped off the car with 20% charge. I see on the app that my car has been at the body shop with 9% and it isn’t plugged in. I don’t like that they’re leaving it with less than 15% for a prolonged period of time. Are there any rules or policies about this?

Both times my cars have been in the body shop they requested my battery be above 60% if possible, you probably shouldn't have dropped off with such a low SOC. Tesla certified body shops are required to have charge connectors on site, why dont you call them and have them plug it in? The major risk as I see it is the HV battery running flat which tends to ruin the 12v battery.
