I don't think all that heat is ending up in the cabin (though from your comments apparently some of it does.) The chargers are liquid cooled and part of the main cooling loop, aren't they?

Also, some portion of that heat is being generated in the pack rather than in the chargers to begin with - I'm not sure if we have a good way of knowing how much is charger and how much is battery, but the internal resistance of the cells means you lose some power during charging (and during discharging, though I think that usually gets counted in the car's "kWh used" totals anyway.)
