Are these tweeters? Cuz mine aren't tweeting

I have the P3D- and believe that comes with the premium stereo. The stereo doesn't sound that hot to me; it's especially lacking in treble. Are these things tweeters and if they are, should they be doing their thing given the Model 3 configuration I ordered?

Those are "ambient" for Immersive Audio.
