Who knows how to remove the visors? I need to remove the passenger side visor. I checked it out this morning but didn’t see an obvious way to do it that didn’t risk some damage to the headliner. Any advice would be much appreciated.

It's quite easy:

1. Using a spudger, carefully pry the wrap around trim piece that wraps from the outboard side of the visor around where the arm goes into the headliner. Be careful. It looks like the interior semi-circle that wraps around the arm should loosen, but it does not. You can flex the trim piece enough to unhook the small tabs that lock it to the foundation of the mount. It will then drop away.
2. Unscrew the one screw in the anchor located on the windscreen side
3. Gently and easily ease the entire visor assy down and out. There is a fairly large flange that tucks up under the headliner on the inboard side to complement the screw's holding and locating role.
4. You are done! Simply reverse to reinstall.

After I figured out the first one, the second one approx 1 min to remove.

Have fun!
