So only interesting for those that tend to drive on dirt roads then. It’s a much larger and wider mud flap compared to the narrow tesla. This will prevent against more debris from the road

Or if your roads see salt/sand in the winter. So only interesting for those that tend to drive on dirt roads then.
FWIW: Just installed the CYBERBEANS ones on my Aug 2023 MYLR after seeing you mention them here. Fit perfectly, took me maybe 10 mins to install. Really happy with them.I just ordered these after seeing them mentioned in another thread on here. It looks like they should fit (my MY is Fremont-built in May); I can confirm in a few days.
For that the original ones from Tesla are ok.Or if your roads see salt/sand in the winter.
On the mud flap or on the body of the car = still on the car and still very visible.I’m in the Metro Boston area, and after some heavy rains, you can see how well the rally armor flaps keep crud off the paint and trim.

Correct, because it's easier to clean mud flaps and less risk of paint damage. On the mud flap or on the body of the car = still on the car and still very visible.
Spend $$$ just to "relocate" the dirt and things?
FYI, I live in Connecticut, picking up MY in MT Kisco tomorrow. I emailed service center ahead of delivery and they told me I would need to purchase the mudflaps /PPF and schedule a service appointment to have them installed after delivery. Not sure if they no loner offer this or I am just unlucky.Check with you local Tesla service center. In Connecticut, I learned that they will provide and install free OEM mud flaps and OEM paint protection for the lower rear doors. If you do buy aftermarket mud flaps, I would avoid the ones to cover a portion of the painted surface. Grit can get in there and damage the paint. I like the RokBlokz, but they are pricy.
Make a service appointment at Milford. They installed my mudflaps and rear door PPF for free.FYI, I live in Connecticut, picking up MY in MT Kisco tomorrow. The parts were free, the labor was free, or both the parts and labor were free? Edit: I saw your quoted post earlier. Both we're free.Make a service appointment at Milford. They installed my mudflaps and rear door PPF for free.
Parts and labor free on a new MY. This was last spring. Contact them if you want to see if they still offer this. The parts were free, the labor was free, or both the parts and labor were free? Edit: I saw your quoted post earlier. Both we're free.
That's cool, I haven't heard that happening in MA, and I'd say we're similar climates.
Nice. I forgot to post a follow-up in here so thanks for the reminder. Hah!FWIW: Just installed the CYBERBEANS ones on my Aug 2023 MYLR after seeing you mention them here. Fit perfectly, took me maybe 10 mins to install. Really happy with them.
