All key cards have stopped working.

Phone keys have all stopped working. The car in questions is a company car, with two other Teslas in the fleet. There are three keys for this car, but only one that we are positive is for this car. NONE of our Tesla key cards work to unlock the door, or to start driving. The phone keys that are setup all work. I did successfully use one of those cards just three weeks prior to finding this problem.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips for fixing it other than a Tesla service call?

I think the new ultra wide band phone key is the new update, might affect cards-not sure but promises to make it harder for thieves to steal yr car.

I never figured it out. Scheduled a service appointment to bring me a pair of new keys. Handed the tech the old key and explained it stopped working. He walked up to the car and it worked. Had him give me two more just to be safe.
