I’m gunna leave this here also since although this is a Tesla forum they are clearly not the only ones laying off groups that are considered “more important”

Musk is blathering about working "hardcore" again. Anyone who isn't completely dense should have realized by now, that working "hardcore" doesn't save your job. It didn't save the job of that woman who slept on the floor at Twitter/X and it didn't save the job of the man at Tesla who worked so much that he slept in his car in the parking lot and ate microwave food only.
As Tesla's share value is going down everyone should realize that working this hard only benefits Musk at the expense of the employee's health and work/life balance.

The supercharger network is one of the company’s greatest assets. It sells cars.
This is what happens when you give one person complete control. If that person happens to be u stable, you are stuffed.

The latest cuts affect engineers, HR, and service advisers.
I am hopeful that this massive shakeup will help fix some of the very deep-rooted problems at Tesla's core. After owning a few of these cars, it's clear that the company is very broken when you look at their problems with software and hardware quality, build quality, and customer service. I believe those are the real issues curbing demand in not just in Tesla's but EV's in general.
