Adaptive Cruise Control (experience post FW v6.1)

Cruise control works only if you are driving over 17 mph (27 km/h). I find this mildly annoying as there are times when I would like to creep along at 10 or 15 mph to enjoy the scenery (if there's no other traffic, of course).

Rumor has it that cruise control doesn't work above 90 mph but I have not verified that personally.

"Old school" cruise control doesn't work under 17 mph but works over 90 mph.

TACC works under 17 mph (you can even engage it at 0 but had to have prviously enabled it), however it does not work over 90 mph - at least in the US. Verified personally:

Can't cruise above 90 mph?
