Actions button missing in service mode

I am looking at the service mode in my 2020 model S and don't see the "Actions" button as is shown in several videos. I'd like to have access to the calibration screens that are found there. Is this a feature that has been removed or maybe I am doing something wrong. The mobile tech mentioned to me that before recalibrating the windows, you really need to un-calibrate them 1st and I was hoping that the service mode was a more effective way to resolve the recurring window raising problem (even after motor replacement). I would also like to be able to recalibrate mu door handles which have acted up in the past
