2022 Tesla owners what do you charge your battery to?

For the owners of 2022 Teslas, I’ve read online with the new battery you can charge to 100% but a friend is insistent to keep it to 80-90% and warns going till 100 could cause degradation. He owns a 2021 M3. Just wanted to hear what everyone else is doing? I’m reading different things online and many say with the new 2022 battery you can go till 100 with no problems

From what I've read, including the manual, you should keep it between 10% and 90%, I have a `22 SLR and charge it daily over night to 70%, unless I know I have to drive longer distance the next day. Im not sure how to measure degradation. Is it just by observing the rated km at the same charge level? I.e. last month I could do x km on a 90% charge, now I can do only y (less) km?
