I requested the suspension upgrade at the Tesla Service center through the app and I gave them the following upgrade numbers.
DAMPER ASSEMBLYCOIL E3 - DUALMOTOR - FRONT LEFTHAND(1188363-00-H)
DAMPER ASSEMBLYCOIL E3 - DUALMOTOR - FRONTRIGHT HAND(1188368-00-H)
SPRING, REAR, COIL90.0-7200(1188474-00-C)
SPRING, REAR, COIL90.0-7200(1188474-00-C)
DAMPER ASSEMBLYCOIL - DUAL MOTOR -REAR(1188463-00-E)
DAMPER ASSEMBLYCOIL - DUAL MOTOR -REAR(1188463-00-E)

They then sent me an estimate and the incuded part numbers were -
DAMPER ASSEMBLYCOIL E3 - DUALMOTOR - FRONT LEFT HAND(1188363-00-F)
DAMPER ASSEMBLYCOIL E3 - DUALMOTOR - FRONT RIGHT HAND(1188368-00-F)
SPRING, REAR, COIL90.0-7200(1188474-00-C)
SPRING, REAR, COIL90.0-7200(1188474-00-C)
DAMPER ASSEMBLYCOIL - DUAL MOTOR -REAR(1188463-00-E)
DAMPER ASSEMBLYCOIL - DUAL MOTOR -REAR(1188463-00-E)

I noticed the revision number on the front left and front Right part number end with an F instead of an H. (1188363-00-F)
I went into the Service center and they told me that the revision letter of F doesn't mean much but he assured me that the part number he gave me is definately the suspension on the 2023 Model Y and he went to the service department to double check. Does this sound correct? With every forum that I research and find all users say they were upgraded with the H part number (1188363-00-H). I want to make sure that they are not installing the same old harsh 2021 suspension. Does anyone have any knowledge of the revision letters?

pjohnson23: Please, please, PLEASE continue to do your research. Of COURSE the revision lettering means something, otherwise it wouldn't exist.

It's impossible at this point to know WHAT it means until someone weighs in!

Hi guys I went under my car and took a picture of my current part number and it turns out that I have the EXACT same part number that they had on the quote. (1188363-00-F). So they are putting in the exact same part that I have. Now I know the service advisor doesn't know what he is talking about. I am going to buy the parts and get my mechanic to install them.
