2013 P85 - Gen 2 TPMS won't show pressures?

I did the TPMS retrofit on my 2013 P85. I bought the ECU+harness+sensors through a Tesla Ranger last summer but didn't get around to installing them myself until this spring. I followed the NHTSA bulletin as well as a set of YouTube videos and was relatively easy. The Ranger is no longer with Tesla so I had to go to the "local" service center about 2 hours away to have them flip the Toolbox setting to Conti-2. I expected the sensors to get detected on the drive home but the new "Car Status" display shows no pressures whatsoever and the "TPMS Reset" button in the "Service" section of my UI is perpetually spinning like it's trying to reset. It's been more than a week and nothing has changed. The Tesla SC says that because they didn't do the retrofit there's nothing they can help me with. When I did the install I did unplug the old Baolong unit so it's not a matter of the two units fighting.

Any ideas?
