20" Wheel Fitment and Setups

Hello All,

I am starting to shop for a 20" wheel setup for my 22 Model S and looking into going for a bit of an aggressive stance, more than the stock 19s and 21s.
Would like to get some ideas from people who are running 20s on their Model S for fitment ideas.
I have some wheels in mind, but would like to see what type of fitment and tire size I would need to go with if I want the tires to stick out a bit more than being flush to the wheel well.

So, was wondering those who are running 20s could post pictures of your setup.

Thanks.

Sorry about the lousy photo. These are Signature 104’s. Fronts are 20 x 9 1/2 with 265/40 Michelin Pilot Sport 4s. Rears are 20 x 10 1/2 with 295/35 Michelin Pilot Sport 4s. I did put N2 itive lowing links and adjusted down just.6.

Pretty sure those are TSW Nurburgrings.
Yes exactly, TSW Nurburgrings 20x10 +35 lighter than the OEM 19’s. I am able to rotate without any issues of course, but I find that all 4 wear evenly.
The ONLY bummer is Michelin does not offer an “acoustic” version of the PS4 in my size, so these make a bit more noise than the OEM tires do.

PS the car is in service until Wednesday at which point I am going on holiday, so It will be until after Easter I can post a pic. If I find one on my camera roll I will add it here.

I like it.
Looks like I might have to go wider in the back to match the front stance.

BTW, that Lucid looks special in that Red.
How are you liking the Lucid so far. The software is probably no where near the S, but how is it otherwise compared to the S ?

Yeah definetly not my Lucid. Was at my detailers shop and he asked to use mine for some promo shots.

I did drive it and mess with it for about 30 mins.
It took me 10 mins to figure out how to get the radio to play some music, so yeah the software is junk.
Since I have a plaid, the performance was crap too. (for me, no offense any Lucid owners listening here).
I was completely unimpressed, but Im a Tesla fanboy since my 1st MS in 2014.

I am having a set of 20x9.5 and 20x10.5 built by H.R.E. Ordered in May. About 10 weeks for production. Custom bronze color and went with the acoustic Continentals that I am running on my M Sport I-performance Hybrid 740e. Black Carbon Center caps and lug nuts. With OEM Tesla Black TPMS. Have tires and fitment items; just waiting on wheels to ship. Will post pics as soon as I get mounted up. Cheers!

Decided to stick with the stock 19s until next year.

I don't know if it's a Canadian issue or a global issue, but I was having a hard time finidng the type of wheels and tires (All-Seasons which are EV rated) in the size I wanted. Either no one had the tires/sizes or they have to get it custom ordered/made which were costing way more than what I wanted to spend.

I figured I will wait till next year when maybe more options become available for the S.

2022 Plaid; I have 20 X 10 with +35 offset front; 20 X 11 with +40 offset, Unplugged Performance UP-3 wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, 285/35-R20 front, 315/30-R20 rear. Would like to run 295/35-R20 front & 325/30-R20 rear, would be closer to stock heights, but only tires available are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2 or Pirelli P Zero PZ4. The tir

Did you align your car per N2itive's recommendations? I have the same wheel in a slightly less aggressive width running 285/35/20 all around and my local shop was so concerned about that combo rubbing that I ultimately elected to remove the links.
