2 car seats and booster locally available

Last week I test drove a model 3 and liked the car. My wife is against the car because we have 3 kids (3,5,7) we also have a mini van that we mainly use with the kids but she wants me to be able to pick them up if needed. I have shown her videos and posts of people who have done it, but she wants to see it with our kids. Does anyone know if local big box stores carry something in stock that works? It would be two front facing car seats and a booster. I want to swing into Target and buy the seats install them and test drive with the whole family. From what I understand the biggest issue may be the booster, it seems people need to buy seat belt extenders to even make it work, because the seats are so crammed together.

I had a graco booster, chicco infant car seat, and a Diono 3xrt. You dont have to use the seat belt extender but it sure helps. Its tight but works.
