It does cool when the fan is set to a higher speed. The expected behavior should be that the ac fan increases with the cabin temperature increase but it's not doing that at all.

In the past this was caused by an update that failed several times. Check in with the service center to see if they can push an update to your car.

Check your wheel size in the configuration in your car. I'm averaging 240wh/mi. I also have lr rwd. I do have 18 once aero wheels.
