The interval for sleep was not released by Tesla. There are lots of factors though. Has to do with your battery temp and stuff, so it depends on if you were just driving or not, the ambient temperature, etc. So sometimes it might go to sleep after 10 minutes, other times it can take 45 minutes...

87 days now.... Close to a quarter of a year. Originally went in for Vampire Drain, bad AC, and some cosmetic QA stuff. Everything has been fixed except for the vampire drain. They're still not sure what's wrong with it.

I guess I’m saying if you want a real idea of your drain, or if you are having issues, change your Tesla password to disable Teslogs, and see if that changes anything.

Do not open the app, that will drain your battery, instead use the widget to check the status without opening the app. Also, I deleted the app from my phone completely and it didn’t make a difference.

They replaced the 12v, it was good for 1 day, then started having the same issues again.

They gave me a Model S loaner after I begged for one 2 weeks later. But it has AP1, AP2 is better now. Also I actually greatly prefer the Model 3 to the Model S. The handling is way better and it feels more open inside. The S feels more like a muscle car.

I meant the native tesla app, just in case it was waking my car. I don't use any third party apps.

I deleted the app altogether and it still didn’t help.

To be clear, solved for you! I don’t have ANY apps to ping my car, and I’m still having this issue.

I would recommend completely disabling TeslaFi at least temporarily to better diagnose your issues.

@P=VI Crap, that's no good. I'm losing 20 miles a day as well. Though if you are checking hourly, it sounds like might be waking it too, which will cause more drain. I would check every 12 hours to see how much you lose over that time. Also, I'm assuming you aren't registered to any apps that...

I’m just wondering what we can do? How long do we just wait in this “firmware” fix? At what point does Tesla say “ok something is clearly wrong, we need to replace something on your car to fix this.” I still don’t have any kind of timeline.

I’m on 2018.14.13 and losing 18-22 miles per day :( Service Center says that it’s just a software issue and have to wait until its patched.

No I really wanted to know how much your drain was. Wasn’t being passive aggressive, just wanted to know where you were at with the drain to feel the way you do. If I was losing 1-3 miles per day I would not be bothered AT ALL.

I'm not using any APIs Randy, I just check it between drives... usually about once every 12 hours - 24 hours. I'm losing anywhere from 18-22 miles per day, so I'm way way off the curve.

Ya, my Tesla is currently less fuel efficient than my BMW! :( And technically the less I drive it, the more I’m spending on electricity without even offsetting it by distance traveled.
