I personally have had a bad experience with the Syosset service center. I think they went through an employee shake-up. Almost everyone is new. Good luck!

I agree. Simply put, Remote S does a great job for basic Tesla controls with a visually appealing UI on iOS.

When playing music from the radio or via Bluetooth Model S uses its cellular connection to populate the album art section on the center touchscreen. Is there any way to shut this off besides simply changing to NAVI/Energy/Camera mode? The reason for this is because sometimes the "art" is...

Hi. I wanted to know what options I have to try to alleviate this scratch (see pics) on my Model S (85D) in black. I have tried Mother's Rubbing Compound but it didn't seem to do anything. Is touch-up paint from the tesla shop a good option or is there something better on the market?
