Ok, i didn't know there was that setting in the menu. I did notice the "ideal" range was selected when returning back to the car. I changed it to "rated" and the range went down to what I was expecting it would be. This setting isn't on the model 3.

Does having painted brake calipers require extra maintenance? Will the the wheels have to be constantly taken off to clean the calipers from brake dust, road grime, etc to keep them looking pretty and lovely?

I would expect there to be maybe a slight reduction in range on the Model 3 Perfomance and perhaps a slight increase in range for the AWD LR 3. But It does seem a litte strange that all versions of the long range 3 are the same exact range stat.
